Now that your class has completed their career searches, it is time to reflect on the information researched and how it relates to them. 

     Direct students to complete a written reflection, which includes the following:

1)  a. Were there any jobs that would meet present needs for employment?
     b.  Do you have the necessary skills or would you require further training/education?
     c.  Does the pay meet your expectations?
     d.  Do you think this job is available in this area and/or where you will be living for post-high school education?
     e.  What are the advantages and disadvantages of this job?

2)  a.  Which career(s) would most match your interests for future, long-term employment? 
     b.  Do you have the necessary skills or would you require further training/education?
     c.  Does the salary meet your expectations?
     d.  Do you think this career is available in areas where you'd be willing to live?
     e.  What are the advantages and disadvantages of this career?
